WHAT DRIVES ME
-
MARINE CORPS
My passion to fight for this country was forged as I watched terrorists attack our country on September 11, 2001. I learned to fight this country’s battles as an Infantry Marine over multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan, and lost brothers of all races, backgrounds, and immigration status. I took an oath to a Constitution, but I fought for the 2,910 Documented Americans, and the 67 Undocumented Americans who died at the hands of terrorists. Those who use Terror to gain political power, whether foreign or domestic, can never be allowed to wield it.

LAW ENFORCEMENT
As a Deputy Sheriff in Hays County, I witnessed that our legal system is in shambles. Officers and Deputies work 60+ hour weeks, attorneys and social workers have such large case loads that the People within the folders are lost. Our prisons are run with the goal of profit and vengeance, not correction, and a huge percentage of those jailed and imprisoned are suffering from mental health issues that, if addressed, would have likely prevented the crimes from occurring in the first place.
Masked I.C.E. patrollers are not Law Enforcement. They abuse the law and the People it is meant to protect. America doesn’t do Secret Police.

Father
There is a common phrase in the military “We fight so our children won’t have to.” I am fighting Tyranny and Terror in America so that my children won’t have to. My daughter will grow up never doubting her right to sovereignty of her own body. My son will grow up knowing that John Lewis is a Hero to be admired, not Andrew Tate. They will be free, and their generation will be the best of what America can be. If we don’t sell their future now.
