There is an ongoing Genocide of 2.3 million People in order to eliminate the 25,000 Person organization. Hamas at its peak comprised 1.3% of the Gazan population, yet over 70% of all buildings, and over 90% of all residential buildings in Gaza have been damaged or destroyed. To put that into perspective, 1.3% of America would be about 450,000 People out of 340 Million. This is about the same number of People employed by Target, and is about half of number of voters registered with the Libertarian party.
People are being starved to death, dying of preventable illnesses and diseases because medicine is being denied. People are being shot trying to get what humanitarian goods are being delivered, and those who manage to grab some uncooked rice and beans for their family are unable to cook them because water is not being allowed in.
This is neither war, nor self-defense. Neither rescue operation nor hostage recovery. It is no longer even about revenge or vengeance. Every standing building is targeted. Every hospital, school, playground, military facility, theatre, police station, food depot, construction site, shelter, and spiritual center. The aim is extermination of a People to extend the lines on a map. There can be no justification for killing 98.7% of a population for vengeance against the 1.3%.
I support a two-state solution.
